Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Journal of Management (FEDPOLADJM) is a multi-disciplinary publication of SEEM (Science, Engineering, Environmental and Management) Research Journals and Manuscripts Development (SEEM-RJ&MD) Unit of Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. It is a medium designed for researchers in the field of management and other related studies, both national and international to publish their research works. It is a bi-annual academic journal of high standard committed to the publication of original research papers in the field of management science such as Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business administration and management, Office technology and management, Economics, Business communications, Marketing management, Purchasing and supply management, Taxation, Public administration and management, Entrepreneurship and vocational management, Business law and ethics, Business and Society, Organizational Behavior, Business Policy and Strategy, Leadership Quality Management, Multinational management, etc. The focus of the journal is to assist scholars with collections of quality academic research with practical implications for management and administration related practices.

 Manuscripts are accepted for publications from academics, researchers and practitioners after a double blinded peer review process. Preference is given to those of general significance that are written in English language, well organized and with outstanding academic significance.
